🔄 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

If your product isn’t what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of delivery - no hard feelings.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging.

• Include your order number or proof of purchase.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• You’ll get a confirmation email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

📦 Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.

• Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Used grooming tools

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance items
  (We do this to ensure hygiene and pet safety.)
